Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Web Developer with a focus on WordPress to assist in the development, maintenance, and optimization of our WordPress-based websites. The ideal candidate will have foundational skills in web development, a keen interest in WordPress, and a desire to grow their technical expertise in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain WordPress websites, ensuring functionality, performance, and responsiveness.

Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet requirements.

Collaborate with designers and developers to implement website features and enhancements.

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using HTML, CSS, and jQuery.

Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, including bugs, performance bottlenecks, and compatibility problems.

Assist in optimizing websites for speed, SEO, and user experience.

Stay updated on WordPress updates, best practices, and emerging web development trends.

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in web development, preferably with WordPress.

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience with WordPress, including configuration and troubleshooting.

Proficiency in HTML and CSS for building and styling web pages.

Working knowledge of jQuery for adding interactivity to websites.

Familiarity with WordPress themes and plugins, including configuration and troubleshooting.

Basic understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

Experience with PHP and MySQL for WordPress backend development.

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Basic knowledge of SEO best practices.

Exposure to front-end frameworks or libraries (e.g., Bootstrap).
