Role Description This is a full-time role for a Sales Specialist located in Indore. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying customer needs, aggressively promoting and selling RAM2 Laboratories services, providing exceptional customer service, developing and maintaining client relationships, and managing sales pipelines. Additional tasks include conducting product and service training sessions for clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. Our Role is highly output oriented with target based deliverables. Qualifications - Experience in Sales and Sales Management in Sample Testing Laboratories - Effective Communication and Customer Service skills - Ability to conduct Training sessions for clients - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Excellent organizational and time-management abilities - Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team - Highly Skilled and Experienced in Converting Clients
