Bug Management & Issue Resolution 3. Server, Hosting & Domain Management 4. Vendor & Developer Coordination 5. Website Security & Backups 6. Performance Monitoring & Reporting 7. Documentation & SOP Management 8. Handle user queries and provide basic website-related support. Skills Required 1. Strong understanding of Webflow & PHP-based websites 2. Knowledge of DNS, SSL, domains, hosting platforms, and server management 3. Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and backend/frontend workflows 4. Familiarity with Git or version control (preferred) 5. Excellent communication for developer/vendor coordination 6. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability 7. Highly organised with strong documentation discipline 8. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines 9. Strong Customer Service skills Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Web Development, or similar 2. 25 years of experience managing live websites 3.
