This is a remote position We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to play a pivotal role in our research and innovation team as we bring our next-generation business growth platform to the world In this position you ll be at the forefront of designing and building the future of our Machine Learning capabilities with a strong focus on generative AI Responsibilities Drive product innovation and strategic decisions by conducting and leading cutting-edge research in AI technologies with a focus on generative AI and large language models and translating findings into concrete implementable strategies and features for product development Design and implement innovative machine learning solutions that advance our product capabilities and meet scalability requirements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into practical high-impact product features Drive the adoption of best practices in AI ethics and responsible AI development across the organization Continuously evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies to keep company at the forefront of the field Develop and maintain robust scalable AI architectures that can grow with our platform and business needs Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Actively contribute to the company s intellectual property portfolio through research publications and patent applications Pursue ongoing professional development through continuous learning attending conferences and staying updated with the latest advancements in AI and data science Requirements Advanced degree Ph D preferred in Computer Science Data Science Machine Learning Mathematics or a related field Minimum of 5 years of professional experience 2 in Machine Learning with a focus on developing and deploying innovative solutions Experience in the full product development lifecycle from ideation to deployment and optimization Expertise in deep learning frameworks e g TensorFlow PyTorch and NLP particularly with transformer architectures and large language models Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with data manipulation and modeling libraries e g NumPy Pandas SciPy Scikit Learn Experience with cloud-based machine learning and generative AI platforms e g AWS SageMaker and Bedrock Solid understanding of statistical analysis experimental design and hypothesis testing Experience with MLOps practices and tools for managing the full lifecycle of ML models Proficiency in writing clean well-documented code and troubleshooting complex issues Expertise in model monitoring and evaluation techniques including designing and implementing systems for tracking model performance detecting drift and ensuring reliability in production Strong analytical skills for reviewing and constructing features within complex relational database and query structures Database expertise especially in PostgreSQL with knowledge of large-scale enterprise architecture optimization and security Experience with data visualization tools and techniques for communicating complex findings to various audiences Familiarity with AI ethics and best practices in responsible AI development Creativity in developing elegant solutions to challenging problems particularly in AI and machine learning contexts Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on complex projects Familiarity with emerging trends in AI research and ability to apply cutting-edge techniques to practical problems Advanced project management skills including articulating timelines goals and trade-offs clearly Demonstrated ability to lead research initiatives and translate findings into practical product features Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams Strategic thinking ability to balance immediate solutions with long-term scalability in system design Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Driven self-motivated adaptable empathetic energetic detail-oriented Preferred Qualifications Additional years of development experience beyond the required minimum particularly in AI and machine learning domains Demonstrated track record of being a respected opinion leader in technical discussions and decision-making processes A portfolio of personal side projects showcasing
