Job Description About the Role We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to oversee project execution, client delivery, and team performance across multiple initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining client satisfaction, and driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:- -Manage and deliver multiple projects on time, within scope, and within budget. -Lead cross-functional teams of developers, designers, analysts, and QA professionals to ensure project success. -Define and track project milestones, deliverables, and KPIs. -Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong and transparent communication. -Oversee resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution. -Ensure adherence to delivery frameworks, quality standards, and best practices. -Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align business goals with delivery outcomes. -Continuously assess and improve delivery processes for efficiency and quality. -Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and collaboration. Required Skills & Qualifications:- -Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Management, or related field. -2+ years of experience in project or delivery management, preferably in an IT/software development / service-based environment. -Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). -Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. -Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively. -Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Attributes:- -Client-first mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes. -Experience working with international clients and distributed teams. -Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, or MS Project. -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
