Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Accountant role based in Pune. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for managing daily financial transactions, assisting in the preparation of financial reports, maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, and supporting tax compliance processes. Additional responsibilities include processing invoices, handling accounts payable and receivable, and collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and processes. Qualifications - Strong knowledge in bookkeeping, financial accounting, and account reconciliation - Proficiency in financial software, such as ZOHO, SAP, ERP, or similar tools - Competence in preparing and analysing financial reports and maintaining accurate financial records - Understanding of tax regulations and experience with tax compliance processes - Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, with a related field required - Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) would be an advantage - Prior relevant experience in accounting or financial management preferred - Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and strong analytical skills
