Based on a holistic approach, CTPL delivers relevant programs and optimizes existing capacities at lower costs, aiming to elevate the overall higher education experience. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur for an Admissions Outreach Associate. The Admissions Outreach Associate will be responsible for reaching out to potential students, conducting information sessions, and handling inquiries about the institution's programs. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with the admissions team, managing application processes, and maintaining detailed records of outreach activities. The individual will also play a key role in representing the institution at various events and executing strategies to meet application targets. Qualifications - Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills - Experience in managing outreach programs and coordinating with internal teams - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other digital tools - Experience in the education sector is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Education, Communication, or related field
