Bachelor of Commerce master s degree in finance preferred xe2 x96 xa0 10 years of overall experience with 5 years of relevant experience in accounting reporting analysis xe2 x96 xa0 Excellent planning reporting tracking Excel and analytical skills xe2 x96 xa0 Flexible to work in any shift timings stretch during critical time sensitive deliverablesPersonal Attributes xe2 x96 xa0 Problem Solver Team player Ability to work and deliver under pressure xe2 x96 xa0 Eager to accept and facilitate changesResponsibilities Perform P L flux analysis identify issues and follow-up for necessary explanation timely correction Perform assigned accounting activities including BS recon reviews Support governance of month end close process Support tracking open items of critical BS GL reconciliations Program manage audits Stat Audit ICFR control testing Study the shortcomings in the current audit and proactively work on audit readiness for next year audits Monitor track resolution of open issues across entities in APAC and share status update on the same Preliminary review of computations workings of business case approvals Support in global initiatives such as FX gain loss clearing of aged IC balance consolidation merger of entities Support provide documentation for new customer vendor onboarding process Coordinate with other functions for closure of ad-hoc requests Establish structured
