Job Description - Responsibilities : - Collaborate with customers to understand their specific requirements. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies. - Prepare and maintain documentation for processes and procedures. - Participate in on-call support and incident response as needed. - Implement and manage OpenShift environments, including deployment configurations, cluster management, and resource optimization. - Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like OpenShift Pipelines, GitOps, or other industry standards. - Automate build, test, and deployment processes for applications on OpenShift. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OpenShift deployments and CI/CD pipelines. - Collaborate with developers and other IT professionals to ensure smooth delivery of software updates - Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in OpenShift and CI/CD technologies. - Participate in the continuous improvement of our DevOps practices and processes. - Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent work experience). - Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible). - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum or other collaborative development environments. - Flexibility to work in a 24/7 support environment. - Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role. - Strong understanding of OpenShift platform administration and configuration. - Experience with CI/CD practices and tools, preferably OpenShift Pipelines, GitOps, or similar options. - Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). - Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash). - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Good to Have : - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, Ansible). - Experience with security best practices for DevOps pipelines.
