As we expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled Market Making Specialist with a background in reputable market making firms to join our team. Job Overview: The Market Making Specialist will play a crucial role in the setup, onboarding, monitoring, and maintenance of our market making operations. While our Business Development (BD) team establishes deals and market making relationships, we need a proactive professional who can ensure the successful implementation and ongoing efficiency of these initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Market Making Setup: - Develop and implement market making strategies for various cryptocurrency pairs - Configure and optimize trading algorithms and systems for market making activities - Coordinate with the technical team to ensure seamless integration of market making tools - Onboarding: - Collaborate with the BD team to onboard new market making clients and partners - Provide technical support and guidance during the onboarding process - Ensure all systems and protocols are in place for new market making activities - Monitoring and Maintenance: - Continuously monitor market conditions and adjust strategies to maintain optimal performance - Perform regular maintenance and updates on market making systems - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise in real-time to ensure uninterrupted operations - Collaboration and Communication: - Work closely with internal teams, including BD, technical, and compliance, to align market making efforts with overall business goals - Communicate effectively with external partners to maintain strong working relationships - Provide regular updates and reports on market making performance to senior management
