Position: Associate / Senior Associate Audit
Location: Hyderabad

alliantgroup India Talent Pvt. Ltd: alliantgroup has set up a world-class office in Hyderabad for providing Tax, Advisory and Audit services to US clients in an Offshore model.
Responsibilities:
As a Senior associate, you will play a critical role in execution of audits and will collaborate with a diverse group of talented audit professionals. This would require you to be involved in all stages of audit (planning, execution and reporting). You will:
- Plan, execute and monitor audit engagements
- Ensure you and the team perform audit procedures as planned
- Perform various test of controls
- Assist in identifying audit and accounting issues and resolving them
- Serve as Participant on communication with CPA firms and develop strong working relationship with them
- Coach, guide and develop staff on the engagements
- Develop a good understanding of the sources of accounting and auditing literature
- Identify best practices on engagements and efficiently implement those
Skill Set:
- Minimum 1 to 2.5 years of auditing or equivalent experience in US Audits
- Assistance in Preparation of Draft Financial Statements
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Sound judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Experience with working independently on multiple assignments or engagements
- Preferred Experience with a regional or Big 4 Audit firms.
Qualification : CA, CPA, CA Inter, MBA (Finance), M.com, B.com
