Job Description - Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and regulations. - Draft, review, and update privacy-related policies and procedures. - Provide legal advice and guidance on data protection matters. - Conduct risk assessments and suggest mitigation strategies for privacy concerns. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to privacy standards. - Manage data breach incidents and oversee reporting requirements. - Monitor changes in privacy laws and ensure timely updates to policies. - Support training initiatives to enhance privacy awareness across the organization. The Successful Applicant - LL.B/LL.M - 3 to 5 Years' experience in privacy, data protection, or IT law - Strong knowledge of India data protection laws and familiarity with global privacy laws Certifications: - CISA/CISM/CISSP/ISO 27001/ISO 27701 (Anyone) - CIPT/CIPM/CIPP/Internal Auditor certification (Preferred) What's on Offer - Opportunity to work in a large organization with a global presence. - Exposure to privacy compliance and legal risk management.
