Responsibilities - Manage accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate billing and collections in the healthcare domain. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize revenue cycle management and enhance financial performance. - Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and implement strategies for improving cash flow and reducing outstanding receivables. - Provide support in resolving billing discrepancies and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving. - Utilize healthcare product knowledge to streamline processes and improve service delivery. - Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement. - Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. - Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal and external requirements. - Support the team in achieving departmental goals and objectives through effective collaboration and communication. - Participate in training and development programs to stay updated with industry trends and best practices. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems to enhance the overall effectiveness of the revenue cycle. - Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Qualifications - Possess a strong understanding of healthcare products and their application in revenue cycle management. - Demonstrate proficiency in analyzing financial data and implementing strategies for improvement. - Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders. - Show attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to address billing discrepancies and compliance issues. - Have experience in working with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals. - Display adaptability and willingness to learn in a dynamic work environment. - Be familiar with industry regulations and standards related to healthcare billing and collections.
