About the Role: You'll be part of a global technology team focused on developing high-performing, secure, and scalable systems. This role involves end-to-end ownership — from designing new systems and optimizing performance to ensuring smooth production delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, test, and deploy robust applications with minimal supervision. - Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to deliver technology solutions. - Ensure adherence to high-quality engineering and security standards. - Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects and optimize system performance. - Apply CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps best practices. Required Skills & Experience: - 7+ years of professional software engineering experience. - Strong expertise in Java / Spring Boot, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, PostgreSQL, Kafka, GitHub, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines. - Hands-on experience with design patterns, agile methodology, and test frameworks. - Solid understanding of secure coding and system resilience. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with microservices architecture and message-driven integrations. - Familiarity with synchronous/asynchronous processing and error handling using Spring Boot. - Proven ability to produce scalable, high-performance application designs.
