Who we are Artmac Soft is a technology consulting and service-oriented IT company dedicated to providing innovative technology solutions and services to customers Job Title Zoho Books Junior Accountant Job Type Full-Time Experience 3-5 years Location Hyderabad Telangana On-Site Responsibilities Must have experience in accounting Must have experience in Zoho Books end-to-end accounting invoicing and reporting Strong understanding of GST regulations and the return filing process Experience in invoice management creation tracking reconciliation Knowledge of basic accounting principles and standards Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll software Knowledge of payroll laws regulations and compliance requirements is preferred Excellent Excel skills and basic knowledge of other MS Office tools Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial data Maintain and update financial records using Zoho Books Generate and manage invoices for clients and vendors Prepare and file GST returns in a timely and accurate manner Monitor accounts payable and receivable Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies Assist in the preparation of monthly quarterly and annual financial reports Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants as needed Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions Qualification Bachelor s degree in accounting Finance or a related field
