We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director

In this role, you will:

- Be responsible for providing meaningful insights on WFM Planning, inline with the Operations & Strategic decisions
- Need clear understanding of the data source to bring together different aspects of WFM planning function
- Revisit and define standards and processes for governance eg. capture scenarios / build trend
- Assess / review requirements from the stakeholders and have the ability to discuss / challenge to take it forward
- Define performance parameters and publish regular reports showcasing the progress of the GBGFs
- Work hand in hand with GBGF stakeholders to enable them to drive their strategic priorities
- Define book of work for the team to come up with meaningful and value added services through data analytics
