Job Description Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion S&OP Consultant/Analyst to support, implement, and optimize Oracle's Sales and Operations Planning solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to align supply chain planning, demand forecasting, and financial goals within the Oracle Fusion Cloud ecosystem. Key Responsibilities - Implement and configure Oracle Fusion S&OP solutions to support business needs. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define and optimize planning processes, integrating demand and supply planning. - Analyze historical data and trends to improve forecasting accuracy and scenario modeling. - Work closely with supply chain, finance, and sales teams to align operational plans with business objectives. - Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics within Oracle Cloud S&OP. - Provide end-user training and documentation to ensure effective system utilization. - Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to planning and forecasting. - Stay updated on Oracle Fusion updates, best practices, and new features. - Assist in data migration, integration with other Oracle Cloud modules, and performance optimization. Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, IT, or a related field. - Experience: 10+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud with expertise in S&OP, Supply Planning, or Demand Management. - Strong understanding of demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory optimization principles. - Hands-on experience configuring and managing Oracle Fusion Planning modules. - Knowledge of data modeling, analytics, and reporting tools in Oracle Cloud. - Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience with Oracle Cloud integrations (OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs) is a plus. - Oracle Cloud certification in Supply Chain Planning is preferred.
