Modular Installation Specialist

Job Description Job Title- Modular Installation Specialist (Interior Design) Location- Pune (On-site) Responsibilities - Coordinate and oversee installation of modular interior components on client sites. - Interpret design drawings, layouts, and installation plans accurately. - Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure alignment between design intent and installation outcomes. - Conduct site assessments and verify dimensions, materials, and pre-install readiness. - Manage assembly and installation sequences, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to schedule. - Troubleshoot on-site challenges and suggest effective, aesthetic solutions. - Maintain detailed documentation of progress, material usage, and installation reports. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. - Train and guide on-site installation teams or contractors as required. Requirements: - Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. - 25 years experience in modular furniture or interior installation (office, retail, or residential). - Strong understanding of modular systems, joinery details, and site coordination. - Proficiency in reading CAD drawings and technical specifications. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. - Keen eye for design detail, precision, and finish quality.
