We're Hiring Receptionist - Den2Fit Gym, Koramangala Den2Fit Gym, one of Koramangala's most trusted fitness destinations, is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Receptionist with strong sales ability and excellent communication skills. If you enjoy interacting with people, managing front-desk operations, and driving membership sales, this role is perfect for you - Position: Receptionist - Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru - Salary: Up to 25,000 per month - Work Hours: 60 hours per week Perks & Benefits: - 1 weekly day off - 5% incentive on achieving revenue milestones Key Responsibilities: - Welcome and assist members with a friendly and professional approach - Handle inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins - Actively promote gym memberships and services - Convert walk-in inquiries into memberships through effective sales techniques - Manage membership registrations, renewals, and payments - Schedule and coordinate fitness classes and personal training sessions - Maintain a clean, efficient, and organized front desk - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and enhance customer satisfaction Required Skills & Qualifications: - Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written) - Proficiency in computers: MS Office, email handling, basic data entry - Strong sales skills with the ability to handle objections - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Prior experience in sales, customer service, or front desk roles is an added advantage - Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and interest in the fitness industry How to Apply: Ready to join a high-energy, growth-focused work environment?
