Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer with a minimum of 5 to 8 years of professional experience in the field. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in UI/UX design, creative design, PowerPoint (PPT) design, and video making. This individual will be responsible for creating visually compelling and effective designs that align with our brand and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design

- Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for a variety of digital and print materials.
- Design marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, posters, and banners.
- Conceptualize and execute innovative design solutions that engage and captivate our target audience.

PPT Design

- Design and format professional and impactful PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use.
- Transform complex data and information into visually compelling slides.
- Ensure consistency in branding and design across all presentation materials.

Video Designs

- Create and edit video content for marketing campaigns and product demonstrations.
- Incorporate motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance video presentations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts and storyboards.

Brand Consistency

- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand identity.
- Collaborate with the marketing and branding teams to evolve and refine the brand's visual elements.

Project Management

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and feedback.

Stay Updated

- Stay current with industry trends, design tools, and technologies to continuously improve your skills and workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

- Any Bachelor's degree, preferably in Fine Arts
- A minimum of 5 to 8 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or other industry-standard tools
