Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee - I2C Responsibilities - Should have team handling experience of at least relevant years of experience in managing teams - Strong Communication Skills (verbal and written) - Client Management- Manage the I2C portfolio and maintain strong customer relations - Customer service orientation - Prepare and complete SOP's or Process manual as per Client & Process requirements - Responsible for Individual region or location to deliver with 100% accuracy - Understand the requirements of a customer or unit requesting for any changes on billing parameters - Understanding about order creation - Work with other functions & Communicates metrics to Managers and stakeholders - Adhere the internal compliance policy and guideline established by the management on their daily operational activities - Ability to work independently, multitask and take ownership - Working with multiple stakeholders to implement solutions - ERP (SAP & Oracle) Knowledge is mandate - Ability to interpret customer documentation that can be vague at times and solve problems related to customer billing. - Must be willing to work overtime during peak periods, month end, and year end. - Ability to deal with difficult internal and external customer situations requiring tact and professionalism - Ability to analyze and problem solve - Accurate interpretation of vague billing documentation - Ability to deal with system issues and missing Information - Time management ensuring all time targets met - Identify process improvements to improve billing process Qualifications we seek in you Minimum qualifications - Minimum Bachelor's Degree - B.
