Evermac a leading manufacturer of water coolers freezers and chillers is looking for a dedicated Office Assistant cum Draftswoman to join our team The ideal candidate will assist with office operations and also prepare accurate production drawings and sheet settings for cutting and fabrication This role requires a balance of administrative efficiency and technical drafting precision Key Responsibilities Office Assistance Handle day-to-day office tasks such as filing documentation and correspondence Prepare quotations Support coordination between design production and sales departments Drafting Work Prepare and set technical drawings in sheets for cutting bending and fabrication of products Ensure all dimensions markings and details are accurate and ready for production Coordinate with engineers and the production team to finalize layouts and material requirements Maintain and update all drawing files and ensure they comply with company standards Provide clear organized documentation for workshop and assembly teams Qualifications Skills Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar drafting software Basic knowledge of MS Office Word Excel Outlook Good communication and organizational skills Attention to detail and ability to multitask Experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment preferred Salary Based on experience and qualifications Benefits Supportive and professional work environment Opportunity to grow within the manufacturing and design field Skill development and training opportunities Job Type Full-time Pay 8 000 00 - 12 000 00 per month Benefits Leave encashment Work Location In person
