Job Summary
As an Application Solution Architect, majorly on Camunda platform, you will be responsible for defining the technical vision and strategy for our applications. You'll work with business stakeholders to understand their goals and translate those into a clear, actionable architectural design. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our applications are robust, scalable, and aligned with our company's long-term technology strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design & Strategy: Architect and design end-to-end technical solutions for applications, including software, hardware, network, and data components. This involves selecting appropriate technologies, platforms, and frameworks.
- Requirements Analysis: Work with business analysts and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications and architectural designs.
- Technical Leadership: Act as a technical leader and mentor for development teams, providing guidance on best practices, coding standards, and architectural patterns. Oversee the development process to ensure the solution is built according to the architectural vision.
- Feasibility & Risk Assessment: Evaluate various solution options, considering factors like cost, time-to-market, security, scalability, and long-term maintenance. Identify and mitigate potential technical risks.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and technical roadmaps.
- Technology Governance: Ensure that the application solutions adhere to company-wide architectural standards, policies, and security protocols.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate complex technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering a shared understanding and buy-in.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Proven experience (3 to 5 years) in a similar solutions architecture role, with a strong background in software development.
Technical Proficiency:
- In-depth knowledge of various architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven, monolithic).
- Experience with a range of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#), frameworks, and databases (SQL and NoSQL).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, automation).
Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication (Thai + English) and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
