Associate Technical Architect

Job Description We are seeking a results-driven associate technical architect to lead our application development team. You will be consulting with senior managers on application requirements, incorporating desired functionalities into application development plans, and supervising application development stages. To ensure success as an associate technical architect, you should exhibit extensive application development knowledge and experience in evaluating business needs. A top-notch technical architect will be someone whose expertise in application architecture translates into optimized business operations. Responsibilities - Collaborating with onsite-team to determine business-specific application needs. - Mentoring junior application developers and providing end-users with technical support. - Designing and developing the overall application architecture to suit current and future needs. - Spearheading proof of concepts and spikes to prove the critical objectives of the application. - Influencing the design and development of new software products or major enhancements to existing software for clients and business partners - Performing application integration, maintenance, upgrades, and migration. - Documenting application development processes, procedures, and standards. - Integrating trends in application architecture in application development projects. Primary Requirements: - Experience in designing and developing high-end software products. - Expertise inJava,J2EE,Spring Boot,Spring Cloud,Eureka,Spring Cloud Gateway, andSpring Security. - 5+ yearsof experience in service design for cloud environments and technologies such asDocker,Kubernetes,AWS,OpenShift, etc. - Strong understanding of multi-threaded applications, includingConcurrency,Parallelism,Memory Management, andPerformance Tuning. - Solid experience withRDBMS(PostgreSQL, Oracle) andNoSQL(MongoDB) databases. - Proven expertise in real-time analytics over data pipelines usingKafkaandKafka Connectors. - Hands-on experience withCI/CD toolssuch as Git, Maven, Jenkins, and Artifactory/Nexus. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster collaboration within the team. Secondary Requirements - Experience working with large data sets and pipelines using tools and libraries of Hadoop ecosystem such as Spark, HDFS, YARN, Hive and Oozie - Previous healthcare experience, understanding of HIPAA and HITRUST security requirements.
