Job Role: Payroll & Accounts Executive
Experience: 1-5 Years
Location: Chennai
Job Summary:
To manage and process payroll for employees across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local laws, tax regulations, and company policies, while delivering accurate and timely payroll services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing across multiple international employees (APAC,MEA,EU,LATAM,AFRICA)
- Ensure compliance with local tax and social security regulations.
- Coordinate with payroll vendors and service providers.
- Maintain accurate employee payroll records, including salary, benefits, and deductions.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams on payroll-related matters.
- Prepare payroll journals and coordinate with Finance for accounting and reporting.
- Handle queries from employees regarding payroll, taxation, and payslips.
- Coordinate with banks for payments and reconcile financial transactions.
- Support audit requirements by preparing necessary reports.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce – Accounting & Finance.
- Knowledge of global payroll compliance, tax regulations, and social security systems.
- Excellent communication
- Experience in payroll processing and accounting, preferably with internationals
- Proficiency in MS office and other online tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
