Work Mode: Onsite (Monday to Friday)
Exp:3-8 Years
eSolutionsFirst LLC is actively looking for Senior IT Recruiters with 3-8 years of experience in US Staffing, preferably with a strong background in supporting direct clients and BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) domain.
What Were Looking For:
- Minimum 3-8 years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Proven track record in supporting direct clients for BFSI domain.
- Strong experience working on W2, should understand other Tax Terms (C2C, 1099) too and Visa classifications.
- Experience with various job portals (Dice, Monster, etc.).
- Well-versed with LinkedIn RPS.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Role Highlights:
- End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and closing.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
