Engineer development driven accurate tool designer Job Description Who You Are/: Conceptual and Detailed Design/: You will develop innovative and robust tool designs using advanced CAD software, ensuring compliance with product specifications and process requirements. DFM and Optimization/: You'll conduct Design for Manufacturing /(DFM/) and Design for Assembly /(DFA/) reviews, performing flow, stress, or cooling analysis to optimize tool performance, reduce cycle time, and ensure component quality. Tool Development Oversight/: You will manage the execution of the tool development cycle, collaborating closely with the Tool Room or external vendors during fabrication, assembly, and initial trials. Validation and Commissioning/: You are responsible for conducting rigorous tool trials, analyzing the resulting component dimensions, and making necessary design modifications to achieve final approval and successful production handover. Standardization and Documentation/: You will create and maintain all necessary technical documentation, including detailed tool drawings, part specifications, BOMs, and maintenance manuals.
