Design Lyric is a leading Architecture and design firm specializing in innovative and sustainable solutions for residential, commercial, and landscape projects. Design lyric is a Redmond based firm in the state of Washington, US. Started in 2005 and offering services in Architecture, Interior Design, Landscape and Sustainability Planning. We are looking for a talented Architect to join our team and work on-site at our Kothrud location.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop architectural designs for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects from USA and All over the world.

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into design solutions.

Prepare and present detailed drawings, layouts, and specifications.

Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and construction techniques.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).

2 to 6 years of professional experience in architectural design and project execution.

Proficiency in design tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and related software.

Strong understanding of building codes, materials, and construction practices.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team environment.
