Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager - Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment efforts in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing effective talent acquisition strategies and managing the recruitment process from start to finish. Responsibilities - Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent. - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions. - Utilize various recruitment channels including job boards, social media, and networking events. - Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills and cultural fit. - Maintain and improve the applicant tracking system to ensure a smooth recruitment process. - Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement. Skills and Qualifications - 5-10 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. - Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. - Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. - Strong analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics and trends. - Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment.
