Job description About Dacation Dacation is a serene boutique resort in Kumarhatti where guest experience is our top priority Our services team ensures smooth and warm interactions with guests throughout their stay from check-in to check-out and everything in between Key Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with a positive and welcoming attitude Handle guest requests politely and efficiently e g room service luggage help Provide information about the resort activities and nearby attractions Assist in setting up dining areas events or basic food beverage service Coordinate with housekeeping and front office to meet guest needs Report guest feedback and concerns to the supervisor for resolution Maintain cleanliness and readiness of front-of-house areas Skills Requirements 0-1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service preferred training provided Good communication skills in Hindi or English Friendly calm and helpful attitude Willingness to learn and multitask in a resort setting Basic etiquette and grooming standards Energetic and service-oriented personality Perks Meals and accommodation if applicable Training and learning opportunities Growth into front office Job Types Full-time Permanent Work Location In person Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 10 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month
