Quality Manager

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Manager to lead the quality assurance and control functions at our rice processing facility The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality management systems ensuring product compliance with food safety standards and driving continuous improvement across all stages of rice procurement processing and packaging Key Responsibilities Develop implement and maintain a comprehensive Quality Management System QMS in compliance with ISO HACCP FSSAI and other relevant standards Monitor and control the quality of raw paddy milled rice and packaged products at all stages Supervise a team of quality control officers and lab technicians for sampling inspection and lab testing Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures SOPs and Good Manufacturing Practices GMPs Coordinate with the procurement team to evaluate and approve suppliers based on quality standards Lead root cause analysis and corrective preventive actions for non-conformities or customer complaints Ensure regular calibration and maintenance of lab and testing equipment Prepare and maintain accurate quality documentation records and audit reports Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external auditors or regulatory agencies during inspections Implement training programs for quality and production staff on food safety and quality protocols Monitor key quality indicators e g moisture content broken ratio foreign matter whiteness etc Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Fixed shift Morning shift Weekend availability Weekend only Supplemental Pay Commission pay Overtime pay Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Shift allowance Yearly bonus Work Location In person
