Job Title Senior HR Recruiter Location Thane Experience 3-7 years Domestic Hiring Employment Type Full-time About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Recruiter who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment while leading and guiding a team The ideal candidate must be tech-savvy process-oriented and well-versed with modern hiring tools and job portals Key Responsibilities Lead mentor and manage a team of recruiters to ensure timely and quality delivery Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across departments domestic hiring Develop effective sourcing strategies using job portals social media referrals and internal databases Screen shortlist and evaluate candidates based on role requirements Coordinate interviews and manage the complete candidate lifecycle Maintain strong communication with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and changes Track recruitment metrics team performance and provide weekly performance updates Ensure candidate pipeline stability and maintain a consistent flow of quality profiles Stay updated on recruitment trends tools and technology to improve processes Required Skills Experience 4-7 years of experience in end-to-end domestic hiring Proven experience in managing and motivating a recruitment team Strong knowledge of job portals Naukri Indeed LinkedIn etc Tech-savvy with the ability to use ATS Excel and digital hiring tools Excellent communication stakeholder management and decision-making skills Strong sourcing abilities with a stable track record of closing multiple positions Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high ownership Preferred Qualities Dynamic proactive and target-driven Strong analytical mindset Ability to build strong candidate and stakeholder relationships Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 500 000 00 - 600 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund
