Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist, located in Mumbai. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing phone calls, greeting and assisting visitors, performing clerical tasks, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks will include handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a professional and welcoming front desk environment.

Qualifications

- Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills and task management
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Professional demeanor and ability to work in a team
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is beneficial
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
