Job Description Primary Job Title (top-performing on LinkedIn): Senior Java Developer About The Opportunity A growth-focused organization in Enterprise Software & Cloud Solutions, building scalable backend systems and APIs that power web and cloud-native applications. We deliver secure, high-performance Java-based services for B2B and consumer-facing platforms. This role is open to candidates across Indore. Role & Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain production-grade Java backend services using Spring Boot and microservices architecture. - Build and consume RESTful APIs, ensuring robustness, security, and backward compatibility across services. - Implement persistence solutions with Hibernate/JPA and optimize SQL queries for performance and scalability. - Integrate services into CI/CD pipelines (build, test, deploy) and ensure automated quality checks and release readiness. - Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams to define technical requirements, perform code reviews, and ship iterative improvements. - Troubleshoot production incidents, profile application performance, and implement improvements for reliability and observability. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have - Hands-on experience with Java backend development using Spring Boot and RESTful API design. - Practical experience with microservices patterns and service-to-service communication. - Strong knowledge of ORM frameworks (Hibernate/JPA) and relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL). - Familiarity with version control and build tooling: Git, Maven or Gradle, and CI/CD concepts. Preferred - Experience with containerization and cloud platforms (Docker and AWS/GCP fundamentals). - Hands-on with unit and integration testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito) and observability tools.
