Job Description - Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process, which includes posting job openings, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and participating in the selection process - Onboarding: Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring that they complete required documentation, training, and orientation - Employee Records: Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and other HR-related documents - Training and Development: Coordinate training programs and development initiatives, including scheduling training sessions, tracking attendance, and managing training materials - Benefits Administration: Assist in the administration of employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks - HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure that HR policies and procedures are followed and that the organization remains in compliance with labor laws and regulations - Payroll Coordination: Coordinate with the payroll department to ensure that employee compensation and related payroll activities are accurate and timely - Employee Relations: Handle employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts as the first point of contact, and escalate issues as necessary
