While sharing the profiles, kindly rate the mandatory skills out of 5 and share the same with me along with the tracker SQL Python Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics/Mixpanel Power BI / Tableau Google Tag Manager Good To have Skills : CDP implementation Salesforce CDP Abode CDP Role and Responsibilities Build out and improve our data, analytics and business intelligence foundation to uncover insights that drive action and optimize investments across the marketing funnel Build product level analytics for tracking conversion funnel, platform performance & identify actionable insights Build customer transaction level analytics for tracking key leading KPIs & generate actionable insights by combining with qualitative inputs from the partners Deliver standardized suite of metrics, reports, and dashboards on a consistent cadence Monitor market trends and competition and work with product marketing and product management to respond in an appropriate and timely manner Solve business problems via product development & marketing and aid the decision-making process by using predictive modelling on internal and external data Work closely with the business/product teams to enable data-driven decision making. Lead and test marketing-tech integration developments and pilot processes to support expansion to new platforms & optimize older integrations Present proposals and results in a clear manner backed by data and coupled with actionable conclusions Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive day-to-day processes Generating accurate and meaningful analysis and actionable insights Own and deliver in-depth analysis For Marketing and Product Teams. Skills Requirements 5 - 8 years of digital analytics experience in a data-driven e-commerce environment, highly preferred. Analyze customer behavior across digital e-commerce platforms to identify trends and opportunities using tools like Adobe Analytics, GA4, Mixpanel (Clickstream Analytics). Utilize Customer 360 view methodologies and assess Cross-channel performance to unify insights. Solve e-commerce business problems such as customer segmentation, personalization, recommendation engines, Pricing and churn prediction. Experience building data warehouses, managing ETL pipelines, and working with CDPs (e.g., Salesforce, Tealium). Manages tag implementation & data collection via GTM/dynamic Tag Managers to ensure accurate analytics pipelines. Advanced proficiency in scripting, querying and/or analytics languages and tools: SQL, Tableau/Data Studio, Python/R Qualification: Master's degree in Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, Management Science, Applied Mathematics, or any other related field
