These include Mild Steel Plates, Boiler Quality Plates, High Tensile Plates, Ship Building Quality Plates, HR Sheets & Coils, GC Sheets, and Chequered Plates. Additionally, we supply Rails, Crane Rails, MS Angles, MS Channels, Joists, MS Flats, TMT (Rebar), MS Rounds, Wire Rod, Binding Wires, H.B. Wires, Billets, Heavy Melting Scrap, and undertake Heavy Fabrication works. We are dedicated to providing top-grade materials to meet diverse customer requirements. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Bhilai. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and overseeing sales training programs. Daily tasks will include identifying potential clients, managing sales pipelines, conducting market research, and achieving sales targets. The specialist will also liaise with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Qualifications - Strong Communication and Customer Service skills - Experience in Sales and Sales Management - Proficiency in Training and developing sales teams - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with various stakeholders - Knowledge of the steel industry and related products is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
