Role Overview We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Lead Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. This individual will lead end-to-end technical recruitment efforts, mentor junior recruiters, and work closely with hiring managers and clients to deliver top tech talent. The ideal candidate has a passion for technology, strong sourcing skills, and a consultative mindset. Key Responsibilities - Lead and execute full-cycle technical recruitment across roles such as Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Scientists, Product Managers, and more. - Partner with client stakeholders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop strategic recruitment plans. - Source, screen, and assess candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.). - Manage and mentor a team of junior recruiters, providing training and guidance as needed. - Maintain and grow a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs. - Provide an exceptional candidate experience through transparent and timely communication. - Stay updated on tech trends and talent market dynamics to advise clients strategically. - Use ATS/CRM tools effectively to track recruitment metrics and improve hiring performance. - Represent Hellowork Consultants at networking events, job fairs, and tech meetups when necessary. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Computer Science, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring role. - Proven success in recruiting for a wide range of technical roles. - Deep understanding of technical skills, frameworks, and languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, AWS, DevOps, etc.). - Strong sourcing skills using Boolean search, social media, and other creative methods. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple roles and clients simultaneously. - Experience with ATS platforms like Greenhouse, Lever, or similar. - Tech-savvy and data-driven mindset. Preferred Qualifications - Experience working in a recruitment agency or consultancy environment. - Technical background (e.g., prior IT/Software development experience or education). - Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment marketing techniques.
