Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) and RAR (Revenue Accounting and Reporting) Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the SAP BRIM solution suite, includingSubscription Order Management (SOM), Convergent Charging (CC),Convergent Invoicing (CI), and Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA), as well as expertise in the SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting module. This role involves designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP BRIM and RAR solutions to meet our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Solution Design and Blueprinting:
- Lead and participate in business process workshops to gather and analyze requirements for SAP BRIM and RAR solutions.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and solution designs.
- Develop and present solution blueprints and roadmaps to stakeholders.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for subscription-based business models, revenue recognition, and billing processes.
- System Configuration and Implementation:
- Configure and customize the SAP BRIM modules (SOM, CC, CI, FI-CA) to align with business processes.
- Configure and implement the SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) module to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with technical teams (developers, Basis) to ensure successful integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Manage and execute data migration activities related to BRIM and RAR implementations.
- Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Create detailed test plans and scripts for Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Lead and support UAT sessions, and facilitate issue resolution.
- Ensure the implemented solution is robust, scalable, and meets all quality standards.
- Support and Maintenance:
- Provide post-go-live support and troubleshooting for SAP BRIM and RAR issues.
- Analyze and resolve production incidents, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize existing BRIM and RAR functionalities.
- Maintain and update system documentation, including configuration guides, process flows, and training materials.
- Training and Mentoring:
- Develop and deliver training sessions to end-users and other support teams.
- Mentor junior consultants and team members on SAP BRIM and RAR functionalities.

Required Qualifications:

- Experience:
- Minimum of [e.g., 5-7] years of experience in SAP functional consulting.
- Proven experience in multiple full lifecycle implementations of SAP BRIM (at least [e.g., 2] full projects).
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on configuration experience with all core SAP BRIM components in following order:
- SAP Subscription Order Management (SOM):Product and master data configuration, contract management.
- SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI):Billing and invoicing processes, invoice output management.
- SAP Convergent Charging (CC):Charging plans, price plans, and real-time charging.
- SAP Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA):Payments, dunning, collections, and account management.
- Extensive experience with SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR), including:
- Contract combination, separation, and modification.
- Performance obligations, standalone selling price (SSP) determination.
- Revenue recognition postings and disclosures.
- Strong understanding of integration points between SAP BRIM/RAR and other SAP modules (e.g., SAP SD, FI/CO, and CRM).
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong documentation and process mapping skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- SAP Certification in BRIM and/or RAR.
- Experience with S/4HANA implementations.
- Knowledge of ABAP debugging and technical understanding to collaborate effectively with development teams.
- Experience in the telecommunications, utilities, or media industries.

Familiarity with agile methodologies.
