We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer Technical Architect - B2C Platform to join our Product Engineering team at Thane Maharashtra - India The ideal candidate should have 5 years of experience in building high-scale consumer-facing platforms with a strong foundation in backend architecture and engineering execution This role demands a product mindset technical depth and the ability to ship fast in a collaborative purpose-driven environment Top 3 Daily Tasks Architect and build scalable backend services using Java Spring Boot and Python FastAPI Django Lead key decisions on infrastructure real-time data pipelines LLM-integrated systems and platform observability Collaborate cross-functionally with product design and infrastructure teams to ship user-first features at scale Minimum Work Experience Required 5 years of backend development experience with a strong foundation in scalable system design and cloud-native infrastructure Top 5 Skills You Should Possess Deep hands-on experience with Java Python and frameworks like Spring Boot Django or FastAPI Proven expertise in building scalable microservices streaming pipelines and event-driven systems Strong proficiency with Redis PostgreSQL PGVector and one or more cloud platforms AWS GCP Exposure to LLM features like RAG vector search GPT workflows or chatbot architectures Solid system design capabilities with the ability to lead architecture reviews and mentor junior developers Full-Stack Awareness Comfort with front-end tools like ReactJS for building internal dashboards or quick user-facing utilities Understanding of modern DevOps practices containerization and observability tools like Prometheus Grafana and OTEL Bonus Points For Experience working with Agentic systems real-time infra or AI-driven product features Prior involvement in building high-performance consumer products from scratch Passion for conscious innovation and building tech that impacts millions What You ll Be Creating A robust scalable backend powering our next-gen B2C platform Real-time intelligent user experiences that blend performance with personalization A tech foundation that reflects AjnaLens vision of building mindfully at scale
