Your role We are looking for a highly experienced Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our HR team in Bengaluru, with 9 to 15 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will lead and guide key C&B processes including pay budgeting, benchmarking, annual and variable pay reviews, benefits administration, and compensation governance. - Create pay budgeting proposals and master salary breakup files. - Coordinate with HRBPs for processing annual, quarterly, and anniversary pay increases or promotions. - Consolidate payroll inputs and liaise with payroll teams for execution. - Manage ARC (Average Remuneration Cost) reporting and statutory bonus calculations. - Administer variable compensation, ESOPs, and salary pay band governance. - Benchmark compensation internally and externally, and handle exceptions. - Maintain compensation data in SAP/PeopleSoft and release pay/bonus letters via system modules. - Drive continuous improvement and innovation in C&B processes. Your Profile - Postgraduate degree in HR . - Proven global exposure in Compensation & Benefits . - Experience managing compensation for large-scale organizations (10,000+ employees). - Proficient in HR systems like SAP, Oracle, or PeopleSoft. - Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
