Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure compliance, and support the organization's financial planning. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Tally, GST compliance, and financial reporting, along with strong analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and general ledger entries in Tally.
- Prepare and file GST returns and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Handle financial reporting, account reconciliation, and audit preparation.
- Assist in budgeting, cost accounting, and variance analysis.
- Oversee payroll management and coordinate with HR for salary disbursement.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
- Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis, financial modeling, and reporting dashboards.
- Support management with actionable financial insights and recommendations.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting/Finance.
- Experience: Proven experience in accounting or finance (preferably 37 years).
- Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of GST compliance, auditing practices, and cost accounting.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional demeanor and ability to work independently.
