- Own end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle EBS Discrete Manufacturing modules. - Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle EBS functional solutions. - Configure and customize Oracle modules including WIP, BOM, INV, and Costing. - Collaborate with SCM teams to ensure seamless integration across modules such as Purchasing, Order Management, and Planning. - Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and recommend best practices for manufacturing operations. - Develop functional specifications for customizations, reports, and interfaces. - Manage testing cycles including unit testing, system integration testing, and UAT. - Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot production issues. - Work closely with technical teams for development and deployment of custom solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS Discrete Manufacturing. - Strong functional knowledge of Oracle SCM modules: INV, BOM, MFG, Purchasing, and Order Management. - Ability to write detailed functional documentation and work with cross-functional teams. - Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Experience in working with global teams and stakeholders.
