Experience
5-7 years
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of healthcare, institutional, and large-scale projects from concept to execution.
- Oversee project teams, coordinate with consultants, and ensure design excellence with functional and regulatory compliance.
- Focused, Passionate, motivated & keen to learn
- Work independently from Schematic to Delivery
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of sustainability practices and principles is a plus
Qualifications:
- B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognized university
Software Skills
- AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), SketchUp, Rhino (preferred), Adobe Creative Suite.
- MS Office for documentation & presentations
