Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for managing Motor business performance and portfolio management for the Prime Brokers Channel, including large aggregators and digital channels, across India.
- Contribute to achieving topline and loss ratio (LR) targets as set by management through regular review meetings with all stakeholders.
- Participate in periodic price review exercises using market benchmarking to identify areas for pricing correction and improvement.
- Liaise effectively with Sales, IT, Operations, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure smooth execution of business processes related to the role.
- Ensure 100% compliance with underwriting approvals and guidelines to maintain risk quality.
- Collaborate with IT and Operations teams to ensure business requirements are fulfilled and customers receive high levels of service.
- Conduct training sessions on products and underwriting (UW) processes for relevant teams and stakeholders.
- Manage expectations of key stakeholders and foster collaboration to achieve shared organizational goals.
