(High Salary) Senior Ivalua Specialist

Role Description: As Senior Ivalua Technical Specialist, you will design and implement solutions for new finance initiatives, day-to-day Ivalua optimization, setting up new functionalities, customizing or modifying existing functionalities to transform the as-is processes. You will utilize your knowledge and experience of Ivalua to design solutions which meet business objectives and goals. You will participate in the development of solution design documents, functional design documents, configuration, testing and deployment.You will partner with business owners and digital teams to identify opportunities for improvement and offer up appropriate solution designs to meet business objectives Through your experience of Ivalua, you will translate business requirements into system configuration which meet business requirements.It is essential that you have a strong understanding of procurement processes and integration with legacy systems and you have strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills in English. B.responsible - Set technical strategy for business impacting projects, help define roadmaps within the team. - Actively coach and mentor less experienced team members by helping them with their craft and providing guidance and setting good examples. - Role model for the other engineers within the team - Full ownership of projects and quality of changes, from planning, communication, coordination, compliance aspects, customization and go-live hypercare; - Analytical thinking - Providing scalable and innovative solutions; - Ability to take fast decisions in a very dynamic environment, with some level of uncertainty - Drive the identification of opportunities (processes, people) to improve project delivery and/or development methodologies. - Training of key users and key user support. Analyzing issues and changes; B.skilled - Ability to have good grasp of the detail and manage multiple priorities in a quick turnaround environment - 8-10 years Ivalua hands-on experience including solution configuration and working on SQL - Ivalua certified both in S2C, P2P and integration (API, ETL) - At least two full cycle of Ivalua implementation experience - Functional knowledge of sourcing, contracting, SRM, purchasing and/or invoicing - Proven experience in Ivalua KPIs and data analytics dashboards - Experience with Ivalua integrations with SAP ECC or/and SAP S4 is an advantage - Experience with SAP MM and SAP Vendor invoice management is an advantage - Good in collecting the business requirements and translating the requirements to technical consultants. Hands-on experience in preparing functional specification, technical specification and conducting testing including UAT. - Strategic thinking, being able to balance mid-term objectives with short-term tactics and goals. Strong analytical and problem solving skills - Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written - Organized, flexible, proactive and result-oriented. - Experience in leading a team and being a technical mentor is an advantage - JSON – Familiar with JSON syntax (good to have) - XML – Understand how to properly structure and use XML for transferring data(good to have)
