Job Description Job Summary Location- Indore, India We are seeking a Lead Product Consultant with 5 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter and a strong understanding of the payments domain. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site with no travel required. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving product success and ensuring seamless integration with our systems. Responsibilities - Lead the implementation and customization of Guidewire PC/CC to meet client requirements. - Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment. - Provide expert guidance on best practices for using Guidewire PC/ClaimCenter. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of PC/ ClaimCenter with other systems. - Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure product performance and compliance with standards. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all product-related processes. - Facilitate training sessions and workshops for internal teams and clients on Guidewire PC/ClaimCenter. - Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. - Ensure timely resolution of any issues or bugs related to the product. - Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product features. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Guidewire ClaimCenter. - Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance product functionality and user experience. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize product performance and efficiency. Qualifications - Possess a deep understanding of Guidewire ClaimCenter and its functionalities. - Have a strong background in the payments domain with relevant experience. - Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Show proficiency in project management and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. - Display a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues. - Have a proven track record of successfully implementing and managing complex software solutions. - Be adept at working in a hybrid work model balancing remote and on-site responsibilities. - Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development. - Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Exhibit strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Have experience in conducting training sessions and workshops. - Show a passion for driving product success and delivering exceptional results. Certifications Required Guidewire Certification PMP Certification (nice to have)
