Job Description Roles & responsibilities - Heat load Calculations & Design in case of schedule not provided by the customer. - Equipment selection / Cost Estimation / Quotation - Follow up on Quotation. - Preparing Technical Submittal. - Preparation of Order Estimation sheet and getting it approved by Sales Manager/Sr.Manager. - Preparation of Project file and handing over the file to Sales Coordinator. - Get the specification from the contractors, based on the customer specification and the equipment schedule select fan models and quote based on price list & Cost Sheet. - Prepare submittal based on the contract specification and submit to the contractor/ consultant for approval. - Sending the order acknowledgement to customers. Must have skills - Graduation or Post Graduation in Mechanical Engineering - Relevant exp. as an Application Engineer or similar roles - Understanding of HVAC Systems, Heat Load Calculations, HVAC Design using AutoCAD or similar software - Strong understanding of DX & AHU systems - Experience in Sales support - creating quotations and understanding of commercials - Understanding of creating Technical submittals based on project specifications - Good communications skills - written & verbal
