About the Job: Greetings from Teamware Solutions a division of Quantum Leap Consulting Pvt Ltd Job Description: Role: Pega Tech Lead Experience: 6-10 Yrs Location : Bangalore / Hyderabad Work Mode: Hybrid Shift : (Flexibility Required) / Notice Period: Immediate to 20 Days preferred Connect for Faster Comm LinkedIn Required Skills & Experience - Pega Platform Version: v8.X, v24.X - Constellation UI Experience: Minimum 1 Year - Core Pega Expertise: - Integrations, Case Types, Data Pages, and Activities - Rule Resolution and Constellation (Portals, Views, Debugging, OOTB DX Components) - Report Definitions and Pega Security - Strong understanding of Pega best practices and guardrails Roles & Responsibilities - Design and develop high-quality Pega solutions aligned with best practices. - Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver customer value. - Take ownership of assigned stories and ensure timely, quality deliverables. - Participate in design reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning. - Mentor junior developers (for Tech Lead role) and ensure adherence to Pega standards. - Work flexibly in a second-shift schedule (2 PM – 11 PM) to support project needs. Preferred Qualifications - Pega CSSA or CLSA certification (highly preferred) - Hands-on experience with Pega Constellation UX and modern app interfaces - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong communication and team collaboration abilities
