Workato Consultant

Job Description

This role is for a Workato Consultant with extensive experience in designing, developing, and deploying integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with the Workato platform and will be proficient in API integrations, scripting, and various cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy robust integration solutions using Workato.
- Create and manage recipes, triggers, actions, and jobs within the Workato platform.
- Integrate SaaS and on-premise applications using RESTful and SOAP APIs, webhooks, and other integration protocols.
- Use scripting languages like JavaScript or Python for data transformations and custom logic.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex integration issues.
- Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Skills

Required Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience with Workato.
- Expertise in API integrations and working with cloud applications such as Salesforce, NetSuite, and ServiceNow.
- Proficiency in integrating SaaS and on-premise applications.
- Solid experience with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python).
- Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Strong communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Workato Certification or other relevant integration certifications.
- Knowledge of ETL processes and tools like Talend or Informatica.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in Scrum teams.
- Experience with databases such as MySQL, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
- Experience with advanced Workato features, such as advanced mappings, custom connectors, and error handling.
